应用透明质酸进行软组织填充已经成为医疗美容治疗中不可或缺的一部分.这种填充剂可以有效矫治面部皱褶,补充面部容量流失.随着透明质酸在鼻面部美容的大量应用,其并发症和不良反应也逐渐增多.注射透明质酸的并发症有疼痛,红肿,淤青,感染,皮肤坏死,甚至失明.2013-2015年,我院处理透明质酸注射隆鼻并发鼻部血管栓塞一例;透明质酸注射填充鼻唇沟并发鼻部血运障碍一例.结合相关的文献复习和临床经验报道如下:资料和方法:1.1临床病例1:女,25岁,先后两次应用透明质酸注射隆鼻.
