壳寡糖在刚健芦荟组培快繁上的应用研究

  壳寡糖(Oligochitosan)由甲壳素(几丁质)脱乙酰化的产物壳聚糖降解获得,是由2~10个氨基葡糖通过β-1-4糖苷键连接而成的低聚糖,也是天然糖中唯一大量存在的碱性氨基多糖.本文以刚健芦荟(Aloe nobilis)茎切段为材料,研究了壳寡糖在植物组培中的应用.结果表明:壳寡糖作为一种植物生长调节剂,可诱导刚健芦荟茎段愈伤组织的形成,促进不定芽的分化和生根,同时还可防止外植体褐变.诱导芽分化培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg/L附加4.0mg/L壳寡糖有利于提高刚健芦荟茎段愈伤组织的诱导率;继代增殖培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L附加4.0mg/L壳寡糖可诱导试管苗的增殖率达到6倍以上;生根培养基1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L附加2.0mg/L壳寡糖促使试管苗根系发达.
