900t移梁台车设计改造

随着大规模高铁建设,混凝土梁运输设备也在不断的推陈翻新。目前混凝土梁有体积大、重量重的特点,对其在梁场的移动,一般设备不能满足要求,这就需要一种专门的移动设备,因此,移梁台车应运而生。移梁台车是由4套单独的走行机构组成,分别在梁的两头,靠4台300t油顶分4个点托着梁在固定的轨道上移动,到预定位置收回油顶,把梁放在指定位置,从而达到移梁的目的。针对该移梁台车的缺点,通过主动轮箱的改造和安装,将以上台车通过改造变成900t自行式移梁台车,该台车采用变频调速,移梁平稳,工作效率大幅度提高,能精确保证走行同步。台车结构紧凑,使用方便,而且不需要安装油顶反力架,大大简化了轨道结构。
