人工真皮结合自体皮片移植在肢体外伤后复杂性创面中的应用

目的 探讨人工真皮复合自体皮片修复肢体外伤后复杂性创面的临床效果。方法 于2009年至2013年采用人工真皮复合自体全厚皮片修复肢体外伤后复杂性创面16例，其中男性10例，女性6例；年龄36～72岁，平均46岁。创面均伴有不同程度骨、血管神经或(和)肌腱的外露。外伤后创面清创后及瘢痕挛缩松解切除后创面行人工真皮移植覆盖，术后7-14行自体皮片移植覆盖人工真皮创面。
