Background: Bells palsy (BP) is common peripheral idiopathic disease that affects the facial nerve (CN Ⅶ) and causes an inability to control facial muscles on the affected side and it was known to be treated by acupuncture.

目的 观察联合应用瘢痕松解切除及自体脂肪移植来矫正凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效.方法 选择2009年-2011年笔者单位收治的面部及四肢凹陷性瘢痕共17例,采用手术方式切除瘢痕,并充分松解皮下组织粘连,同时通过脂肪抽吸术收集自体脂肪颗粒,并将自体脂肪颗粒进行局部注射以填充矫正瘢痕凹陷.统计术后凹陷性瘢痕的矫正情况,并进行远期随访.结果 本组17例术后均愈合良好.5例于术后3-6个月时再次进行自体脂肪颗粒注
目的:探讨将截除的鼻中隔下部软骨制成鼻软骨支架用于加强鼻背及鼻小柱支撑,在歪鼻畸形矫正术中的作用。方法:2008年2月-2013年8月,共收治先天性及外伤性歪鼻畸形患者12例,男5例,女7例,年龄19-45岁,平均28岁。其中斜行歪鼻3例,C形歪鼻7例,S形歪鼻2例。术中采用开放式手术,完全显露歪曲的结构,松解外在及内在牵拉力量,复位鼻骨,并将弯曲的鼻中隔下部软骨截除,保留8mm-10mm"L"形

目的 探讨人工真皮复合自体皮片修复肢体外伤后复杂性创面的临床效果。方法 于2009年至2013年采用人工真皮复合自体全厚皮片修复肢体外伤后复杂性创面16例,其中男性10例,女性6例;年龄36~72岁,平均46岁。创面均伴有不同程度骨、血管神经或(和)肌腱的外露。外伤后创面清创后及瘢痕挛缩松解切除后创面行人工真皮移植覆盖,术后7-14行自体皮片移植覆盖人工真皮创面。
