本文阐述了员工岗位价值形成的四个阶段以及企业建立员工岗位价值评估制度,最后主要从四个方面分析影响员工岗位价值发挥的因素,提出员工岗位价值与企业的价值和使命保持一致.树立企业和员工“双赢”的观念。
This paper elaborates the four stages of the formation of employee’s value and the establishment of employee’s value evaluation system. Finally, it mainly analyzes the factors that affect the value of employee’s position from four aspects, and puts forward that the value of employee’s position is consistent with the value and mission of the enterprise. And employees “win-win ” concept.
