目的 探讨不同类型过敏性鼻炎与焦虑的本质关系.方法 采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)分别对98例中-重度持续性过敏性鼻炎(PER)(男性43例,女性55例)和165例中-重度间歇性过敏性鼻炎(IAR)(男性89例,女性76例)患者进行焦虑状态分析,并与国人标准常模进行比较.结果 男性过敏性鼻炎患者(PER和lAR)与1998年国人男性常模在状态焦虑(S-Al)和特质焦虑(T-Al)得分上不存在显

目的 探讨不同类型过敏性鼻炎与焦虑的本质关系.方法 采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)分别对98例中-重度持续性过敏性鼻炎(PER)(男性43例,女性55例)和165例中-重度间歇性过敏性鼻炎(IAR)(男性89例,女性76例)患者进行焦虑状态分析,并与国人标准常模进行比较.结果 男性过敏性鼻炎患者(PER和lAR)与1998年国人男性常模在状态焦虑(S-Al)和特质焦虑(T-Al)得分上不存在显著性差异(PER组P值分别为0.411、0.724:lAR组为0.400、0.061);女性患者与国人女性常模在T-AI上不存在显著性差异(PER组P=0.503、lAR组P=0.789),在S-Al得分上明显高于国人女性常模得分,具有显著性差异(PER组P=0.007、IAR组P=0.004).PER和lAR比较在T-Al和S-Al上均无显著性差异(P值为0.748、0.967)
