  Recently,the intersection of disciplines has attracted more and more attention.Fluorescence detection technology has advantages in detection and imaging technology.On the basis of this,combined with the detection of biological species detection,fluorescence detection technology could greatly reduce the difficulty and complexity of testing process.ALP,as an analytical enzyme,is related to several human diseases such as osteomalacia,obstructive jaundice,cancer,and hepatitis.The probe based on the enzyme-catalyzed dephosphorization course,phosphate group was separated and released yellow fluorescence signal.It is worth mention that the probe featuring high selectivity,short response time(6 min)and longer emission peak shift.Significantly,the results of bioimaging experiment indicated that the probe can detect the ALP at the cellular level effectively.
