为了研究厚壳贻贝整个生殖周期内性腺发育及雌二醇、睾酮含量变化规律,采用组织学方法与酶联免疫吸附实验对其性腺发育过程中宏观特征及微观特征进行了观察与描述,对性腺发育各时期内雌二醇、睾酮含量进行了测定.结果表明:(1)厚壳贻贝的性腺发育具有典型双壳贝类特征,性腺发育过程可分为增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期、休止期5个时期.
