　　Aim: Baicalin has been documented to induce apoptosis of leukemia-derived T cell line,Jurkat cells,via mitochondrial pathway, which includes the marginal generationof intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS),the increase of the cytosolic fractions of cutochromec,and the disruption of mitochondrial transmembrane potential(ψm).
