Ti02包覆高岭土填充尼龙1010复合材料的性能研究

  尼龙1010是具有优良性能的聚酰胺类工程塑料,但在自然环境下存在使其性能劣化的老化现象,紫外光屏蔽剂的加入有望延缓尼龙1010的老化。采用溶胶水热合成法在高岭土载体上包覆一层TiO2颗粒,并运用X射线衍射(XRD),傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR),紫外-可见光吸收(UV-vis),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),差热分析(TG-DSC)等手段对包覆颗粒及复合材料进行了表征。结果 表明,高岭土表面形成以金红石型TiO2为主的包覆层,包覆颗粒的加入,提高了PA1010聚合物的结晶度,改善了尼龙1010的抗老化性能。
