采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、布氏硬度计等检测分析手段,对某不锈钢离心泵体上安装的M12不锈钢螺柱断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:泵体工作在受海水腐蚀的环境下,不锈钢螺柱在有预紧力和外力的共同作用下,受到周围海水中Clˉ离子的侵入,造成严重的晶间腐蚀,使材料的脆性显著增大,强度大大降低引起螺断柱裂的主要原因是;螺柱表面产生的应力腐蚀裂纹迅速向内扩展开裂,最终导致螺柱脆断失效。
