目的:探讨铜银离子协同氯化消毒灭活病毒的作用位点.方法:用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了协同消毒前后的病毒形态,并用逆转录PCR的方法检测协同消毒前后病毒的核酸.结果:消毒前后f2的外形没有变化,f2对大肠杆菌的吸附力没有改变;协同消毒后脊髓灰质炎病毒I型(PVI)为圆形颗粒,蛋白衣壳内结构被破坏;RT-PCR检测显示协同消毒前PVI的特异条带为阳性,协同消毒后的为阴性.结论:结果提示铜银离子协同氯化消毒灭活水中病毒的作用位点可能在病毒的核酸.
Objective: To explore the role of Cu-Ag ions in coordination with chlorination to inactivate the virus. Methods: The morphology of virus before and after collaborative disinfection was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the nucleic acid of virus before and after collaborative disinfection was detected by reverse transcription PCR. Results: The shape of f2 did not change before and after disinfection, f2 did not change the adsorption capacity of E.coli. After co-disinfection poliovirus type I (PVI) was round particles, the structure of protein capsid was destroyed. RT-PCR showed Synergistic disinfection of PVI before the specific band was positive, synergistic disinfection was negative. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that copper-silver ion synergizes with chlorination to sterilize the inactivation site of the virus in water possibly at the viral nucleic acid.
