基于多层次优化的碳纤维复合材料电池箱设计

本文基于Optistruct复合材料优化设计技术,针对新能源汽车电池箱高强度、高刚度、轻量化的设计需求,采用等代设计的方法,提出了多工况整体优化设计的思路.通过自由尺寸优化、尺寸优化、铺层次序优化对某款电动汽车电池箱进行优化设计,最终通过有限元数值模拟分别对其在颠簸紧急制动、颠簸急转弯、正面碰撞、侧面碰撞中电池箱的刚度、强度进行分析,结果表明,优化后电池箱体的刚度、强度均有大幅提高,其中正面碰撞变形量降低48.4%,侧面碰撞变形量降低77.9%,质量下降29.9%,电池箱的安全性和轻量化均有显著提高.
