  Given that Hsa-microRNA-10a (hsa-miR-10a), a 23-nucleotide regulatory non-coding RNA molecule sharing identical sequence between human and mouse, involves in multiple steps during the carcinogenesis, the existence and the regulation of miR-10a in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is still unknown.
