  Introduction:The extracting apparatus is mainly used in the fields of the Chinese traditional medicine pharmacies,beverage making,grease processing,essence and flavor,biomedical engineering etc.The index of the products quality and cost are influenced by its technique level.The conventional extracting apparatus which is a tank is operated in a discontinuous way,as a result,the production efficiency is rather low.Recently,ultrasonic extraction of vegetable ingredients has been used by some researchers,and the spiral extraction apparatus is also used to extract some vegetable ingredients such as PPT of green tea in order to increase efficiency,and some achievements have been obtained.But the efficiency is not very ideal because the methods of the ultrasonic extraction and continuous countercurrent spiral extraction are not used synchronously.
