  研究背景:全国每年近千万人的烧伤病人,近万人严重烧伤,其中约10%的病人由于缺乏皮源尚无法挽救其性命。目前常用的治疗方法包括1、扩增病人自身的角质细胞,但无法快速大量地获得供体细胞;2、制成皮肤贴片进行移植,可导致免疫排斥、贴片大小与创面不符且无法形成新生血管,营养供应不足。
