Background: Peptidoglycan (PGN), the major cell wall component of Gram-positive bacteria, is known to elicit excessive proinflammatory cytokine production from immune cells.Mannan-binding lectin (MBL), a plasma C-type lectin,plays a key role in innate immunity.Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) is abundantly expressed on immune cells, and has been shown to be involved in PGN-induced signaling.In this study, we first investigated whether MBL altered PGN-elicited cellular responses in phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)-activated human THP-1 macrophages, and then investigated the possible mechanism.

目的:观察溃肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法:将64例患者按就诊顺序分为治疗组34例、对照组30例,治疗组予溃肠宁口服并灌肠;对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片.疗程均10周.结果:在诱导缓解率、证候改善有效率、症状体征改善、安全性、远期疗效方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:溃肠宁多靶点治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾胃虚弱夹湿热、肝郁、血瘀证型的效果较单纯西药治疗佳,值得进一步研究及临床推广.
