本文介绍了用微型计算机测量转子振动的方法,其特点是,它用的完全是软件化的,因此有其特别的方便性。该文分析了按这种方法测振时的技术要素。指出了整周期和多周期平均化的重要性。接着介绍了测振程序,程序中设计了一种补偿方法,借助于这个补偿可以实现较精确的整周期截取,使得计算机测振能得到满意的精度。程序的可测振范围为4~250Hz。对模拟振动信号和小型转子实验台的测振试验表明,测振的相位误差一般不大于2°。另外,计算机测振还有其它一些功能,如消除非振动量影响,追踪转速自动测振等。这使它特别适用于转子的平衡工作。图5幅,表3个,参考文献3种。
This article describes the use of microcomputer measurement of rotor vibration method, which is characterized by its use is completely software, it has its special convenience. This paper analyzes the technical factors of vibration measurement according to this method. Pointed out the importance of whole cycle and multi-cycle averaging. Then, the vibration measurement program is introduced. A compensation method is designed in the program. With this compensation, the accurate full-cycle interception can be achieved, so that the computer vibration measurement can get satisfactory accuracy. Programmable vibration range of 4 ~ 250Hz. The vibration test of the simulated vibration signal and the small rotor test bench shows that the phase error of the vibration measurement is generally not more than 2 °. In addition, there are other computer vibration measurement functions, such as eliminating the impact of non-vibration, tracking speed automatic vibration measurement.
