羊水细胞培养常见问题的处理对策研究

【摘 要】

：

目的 探讨羊水细胞染色体培养的稳定性及提高成功率的实验方法.方法 对孕18～24周孕妇实施羊膜腔穿刺术抽取羊水,利用工作中总结出来的各种羊水培养的实践经验进行细胞培养及染色体收获.结果 对185例羊水标本进行接种,培养成功率98％,仅有3例失败.185例标本中共发现10例染色体异常核型,检出率为5.41％.其中21三体4例,18-三体2例,染色体多态2例,平衡易位1例,性染色体异常1例.结论 总结

　　目的 探讨羊水细胞染色体培养的稳定性及提高成功率的实验方法.方法 对孕18～24周孕妇实施羊膜腔穿刺术抽取羊水,利用工作中总结出来的各种羊水培养的实践经验进行细胞培养及染色体收获.结果 对185例羊水标本进行接种,培养成功率98％,仅有3例失败.185例标本中共发现10例染色体异常核型,检出率为5.41％.其中21三体4例,18-三体2例,染色体多态2例,平衡易位1例,性染色体异常1例.结论 总结经验,可以有效获得好的分裂相,实验稳定,成功率高.
