新疆红枣黑斑病病原的初步鉴定

  近年来,随着红枣在新疆被大面积推广种植,黑斑病发病有加重趋势,但对黑斑病的病原报道较少。本研究以采自新疆不同地区枣园黑斑病样的47株菌株为材料,通过形态学和分子生物学的方法对菌株进行鉴定。菌株在PCA(马铃薯胡萝卜琼脂培养基),26℃,12hL/12hD条件下培养6~7天后,菌落灰色至暗褐色,平铺,毛毡状。显微镜下观察到由5 ~12个分生孢子形成的链,分生孢子链一般2~5个分枝,支链上1~5个孢子。分生孢子为褐色至深褐色,倒棒状、卵形、倒梨形等,具3~8个横隔,1~4个纵隔或斜隔。分生孢子具假喙,1~3个。分生孢子梗直立或屈膝状弯曲,分隔,分枝或不分枝。上述特征与Alternaria alternata特征一致。
