以中小学教师为主体的课题研究需要区域科研人员在信息、技术和理论方面的指导。区域科研人员在对课题“下校视导”过程中,要重新定位,使指导从独白走向对话。本文中的对话指在课题视导过程中,参与活动的人员之间进行的信息传播、共享,进而相互理解表达,建构各人所需知识和意义的过程。完成对话的基本策略是变文本审视为课堂观察,变单向讲听为倾听理解,变同化共识为意义建构。
The research on the subject of primary and secondary school teachers needs the guidance of regional researchers on information, technology and theory. Regional researchers in the subject “Colonel guide ” process, to re-orientation, the guide from monologue to dialogue. Dialogue in this paper refers to the process of visualization and sharing of information among the participating personnel in the process of project visualization, so as to understand each other’s expressions and construct the knowledge and meaning needed by each individual. The basic strategy to complete the dialogue is to change the text of the review for the classroom observation, change the order to listen to listen to understand, change the consensus for the construction of meaning.
