研究背景：甘露聚糖结合凝集素(mannose-binding lectin,MBL)系肝细胞分泌的血浆蛋白,是固有免疫系统中的关键分子。本实验室曾报道MBL影响树突状细胞的分化成熟,并以浓度依赖方式调节Raji和jurkat细胞增殖,提示MBL不仅发挥固有免疫作用,而且具有一定的免疫调节功能。目前,尚未见MBL影响单核巨噬细胞分化发育的报道。
