目的：探讨Endophilin A2对VEGFR2活性以及血管新生的影响。 方法：Western Blot检测蛋白表达以及蛋白激酶磷酸化水平；激光共聚焦显微镜和免疫共沉淀技术检测蛋白和蛋白的相互作用；通过细胞管腔形成实验及迁移实验检测血管生成情况；激光多普勒血流仪监测不同时间点小鼠后肢血流灌注变化；免疫组化技术检测造模小鼠后肢肌肉组织中内皮标记物的变化。
