The effect of Cu content on the microstructure and corrosion behavior of plasma electrolytic oxidation coated Al-xCu alloys(x=1%,3%,6%and 10%)are investigated.The microstructures of PEO coatings are observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and their corrosion resistances were evaluated by electrochemical test,salt spray tests and immersion tests.
