Aims: Histone epigenetic modifications including acetylation, methylation,phosphorylation and ubiquitination play important roles in structural changes of chromatin.Lysine specific demethylase1(LSD1) belongs to the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD)-dependent amine oxidase family which is a significant enzyme for post-translation modification and regulates the activation and silencing of gene transcription.
