目的 探讨儿童手部深度烧伤后早期功能康复治疗方法 及效果.方法 2008-2012年,对28例患儿(47只手)烧伤后进行早期康复治疗,在不影响创面愈合的情况下进行各个关节牵伸训练和被动运动的手法治疗,如有手部肿胀、小的创面可采用超短波、He-Ne激光等物理治疗.结果 28例(47只)患手经过1个月一半年治疗后,27例对指、对掌、握拳功能恢复良好,可捏取一些小物品,如爆米花、小糖豆等.1例掌侧、虎口

目的 探讨儿童手部深度烧伤后早期功能康复治疗方法 及效果.方法 2008-2012年,对28例患儿(47只手)烧伤后进行早期康复治疗,在不影响创面愈合的情况下进行各个关节牵伸训练和被动运动的手法治疗,如有手部肿胀、小的创面可采用超短波、He-Ne激光等物理治疗.结果 28例(47只)患手经过1个月一半年治疗后,27例对指、对掌、握拳功能恢复良好,可捏取一些小物品,如爆米花、小糖豆等.1例掌侧、虎口、指璞缝线处瘢痕增生挛缩影响功能,后期继续功能康复训练及抗瘢痕治疗,瘢痕挛缩引起的功能障碍基本恢复.结论 儿童手部深度烧伤后,由于疼痛、主观意识不强,早期手部不活动,引起关节僵硬、瘢痕增生挛缩导致手部功能障碍,因此早期进行正确的手法和物理治疗,能有效改善手部功能,取得良好效果.

目的 探讨团体心理辅导对烧伤患者康复期间自信心水平和社会适应能力的作用.方法 笔者单位2012年1月-2014年1月收治的64例进行康复治疗的烧伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例,治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上结合团体心理辅导,治疗时间为8周.治疗前、后采用自信心测验量表评估患者的自信心水平,计数自卑者、自我感觉平常者、自信者、超级自信者；治疗前、后采用中文版烧伤患者简易健康量表
