  Cu2ZnSeS4(CZTS)is a new type of thin-film solar cell whose band gap is 1.4~1.51 eV,while absorbing the sunlight requires the best width range of the band gap of materials is from 1.4 eV~1.6 eV.The band gap range matches the terrestrial solar spectrum,and its optical absorption coefficient exceeds 104 cm-1.Because of the previous absorbing layer use the toxic or trace elements,but the CZTS solar cells have the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,safety and nontoxicity,which is incomparable for other solar cells.So it will became the mainstream of the future which is use for the solar cell absorbing layer.
