  Objective To evaluate the effect of Bear Bile Powder (BBP) on the tumor angiogenesis, and investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms.Methods MTT assay was performed to determine the viability of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).Cell cycle progression of HUVECs was examined by FACS analysis with PI staining.HUVEC migration was determined by wound healing method.An ECMatrix gel system was used to evaluate the tube formation of HUVECs.

目的 观察手法复位小夹板外固定加我院自制中药治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用传统手法复位,我院自制小夹板外固定,结合我院自制中成药治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折1765例,均于4-6周后解除外固定,骨折愈合良好,伴有心脑血管疾病患者无内科疾病加重迹象,本组1765例均随访8个月至2年,按Dienst功能评定标准,优1560例、良118例、可87例、差0例。
