目的:探讨肥大细胞膜稳定剂色甘酸钠对大鼠大面积烧伤后胃黏膜组织中肥大细胞形态、胃黏膜损伤程度及组织内丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响.方法: 20只250g成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组:A:正常组;B:大面积烧伤模型组(40%,三度烧伤);C:模型+色甘酸钠25mg/kg组;D:模型+色甘酸钠50mg/kg组.检测大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数(UI)、组胺、胃黏膜SOD活性及MDA含量.
