Intelligent learning is a hot topic aiming at developing students exploration spirit,innovation ability and raise their wisdom.But with the motivation in low level,the shortage of abundant resources and effective tools,inquiry and innovation cannot be supported efficiently in the process of learning.This paper summarizes the features and design principles of the content,activities,methods and evaluation of learning profoundly,so that we find that those problems above can be solved by electronic schoolbag.Then,this paper supposes the strategies which are verified by a study work:pushing individual learning resources,interacting highly in class,monitoring and guiding personal learning process,affirming homework in time,peering exchange and evaluation,electing the "optimal" group.Finally though data collection and analysis,the paper finds that arouse students enthusiasm and recognized their results in time can be very good to promote the teaching.
