Purpose: Amp activated protein kinase(AMPK)can feel the changes of cell energy,regulate the cell energy metabolism and play an important role in keeping the cells biological function.Many physiological stimuli,such as hypoxia,nutrition,thermal environment,aging and exercise stress,are able to activate AMPK.Nuclear factor E2 related factor 2(Nrf2)is an important nuclear transcription factor,which plays an important role in the bodys anti oxidative stress reaction.
