  Joint replacement surgery has become a common practice since it was started decades ago. It is one of the most successful field in joint surgery. However, due to changes in our population and changes in the prevalence of more degenerative joint diseases, the demand for more joint replacement is on the rise. As a consequence, more implant related problems such as loosening, dislocation, infection come along with it especially with the traditional materials used to produce them. With the emergent of nanotechnology, artificial implants that are based on the nano scale started emerging. But many have questioned the biocompatibility of these nano structure materials in vivo. This has warranted more research in medicine and other related fields. In this review, some of the biological responses that occur with nano-materials, and some of the biocompatibility problems that have been raised in relation to materials, as well as the ways that have been employed to improve biocompatibility of nano structure materials will be presented.

目的:比较分析放射性核素骨显像对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折诊断定位的准确性和实用性。方法:选取40例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者进行经皮穿刺椎体成形术,将核素骨显像技术定位的新鲜压缩骨折的责任椎体数目设为骨扫描组,将首先经查体定位、X线透视筛查后,将发现的病变椎体再进行CT以及磁共振检查,最终确定新鲜压缩骨折的责任椎体数目设为标准组,将二者数据进行Kappa检验。
