华南地区番茄黄化曲叶病病原的鉴定与监测

  番茄黄化曲叶病是由烟粉虱传双生病毒侵染引起的病毒病,是目前广东及华南地区番茄上主要病害。为了监测华南地区番茄黄化曲叶病的病原病毒种群动态,2009 ~ 2012年,分别从广东省广州市番禺、南沙、白云、花都、从化、增城、佛山市三水、茂名市信宜、肇庆市高要、汕头市澄海、广西百色、海南省海口市和三亚市等番茄主产区采集病样85份,应用菜豆金色花叶病毒属病毒通用简并引物AV494/CoPR进行PCR检测,应用滚环扩增(Rolling circle amplification,RCA)及PCR对阳性病样的病原病毒进行克隆与序列分析。
