在盆栽条件下,强迫大豆孢囊线虫1号生理小种的群体在抗病品种上繁殖10-12代,用一套鉴定大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的鉴别品种,重新鉴定经抗病基因选择后的大豆孢囊线虫的生理小种类型,鉴定结果表明:原来为1号生理小种的线虫群体,经在抗病品种Peking和Franklin上连续选择12代之后,变为4号小种;经在小粒黑豆上选择之后变为5号小种;经在铁丰18上选择之后变为6号小种;经在Fayete和小粒黑上选择之后变为9号小种。
Under potted conditions, the population of Soybean Cyst Nematode No. 1 was rapped for 10-12 generations on resistant varieties. A set of identification varieties for identification of Soybean cyst nematode physiological races were re-identified for selection by disease resistance genes The results showed that the nematode population which was originally Physiological Race 1 was changed into the fourth race after 12 successive generations of resistant varieties Peking and Franklin. Became raiser 5 after selection on the small black beans; races no 6 after selection on the iron abundance 18; raccoon 9 after selection on Fayete and granule black.
