探讨了气体吹拂压力对两步法自酸蚀粘接剂SE Bond老化后微拉伸粘接强度的影响。20颗离体的完整无龋第3磨牙去除冠釉,按粘接过程中气体吹拂处理方法不同随机分为4组(处理剂轻吹+粘合剂轻吹;处理剂强吹+粘合剂轻吹;处理剂轻吹+粘合剂强吹;处理剂强吹+粘合剂强吹。轻吹气压为0.1 MPa,强吹气压为0.3 MPa。吹拂时间均为5 s,吹拂距离均为1 cm),每组5颗牙。各组粘接完成后,37℃水浴24 h,冷热循环5 000次,之后测试微拉伸粘接强度(μTBS)(n=45)。试验结果表明,第2组(处理剂强吹+粘合剂轻吹)的μTBS相对最高,为(40.37±11.42)MPa。应用两步法自酸蚀粘接剂SE bond时,采用气体加压技术吹拂处理剂联合常规气压轻吹粘合剂可显著提高树脂牙本质的粘接耐久性。
The effect of gas blowing pressure on the microtensile bond strength of two-step self-etching adhesive SE Bond was discussed. 20 intact intact caries-free 3rd molars were used to remove the crown enamel, which were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the method of gas blowing during bonding (light treatment of the treatment agent + light blowing of the treatment agent, strong blowing of the treatment agent + adhesive Light blow; treatment light blow + strong blower; strong blower + strong blower, light blow pressure 0.1 MPa, strong blow pressure 0.3 MPa, blow time 5 s, 1 cm), 5 teeth per group. After the bonding of each group was completed, water bath was performed at 37 ℃ for 24 h, and the hot and cold cycles were performed 5,000 times. The micro-tensile bond strength (μTBS) was then tested (n = 45). The results showed that the highest relative μTBS was (40.37 ± 11.42) MPa in group 2 (strong blowing of treatment agent + light blowing of adhesive). When using the two-step self-etching adhesive SE bond, the gas pressurization technique can improve the bonding durability of the resin dentin significantly by blowing the treatment agent in combination with the conventional air pressure light-blowing adhesive.
