It is well known that the toxicity and bioactivity of an element is dependent on its speciation.Therefore, it is very important to analyze the elemental speciation in environment.As a typical toxic element, arsenic widely exists in environment and shows quite different toxicity with the variation of speciation.So it is also important to determine the arsenic speciation in order to evaluate its risk in environment more correctly.
