Mineral resources type cities flourished with mineral mining,mining is the primary leading economic industry.In different countries,un-same social system,different economic regulation,whatever rich or poor and flourishing degree,but the one is common.In other words,mineral resources will tend to be exhausted day by day with the mining,there is no doubt that it will follow an “ Exploitation – flourishing - decline” road,so then initiated the way out of the cities of exhausted resources.The mining cities on base of mine will be in face of a eries of serious crises.Especially,developing ountries should pay close attention on his problem.Atmosphere,foul water,environment areseriously threatening mankind,“Low arbon Economy” have been proposed to the schedules of important national policy by international society.This paper related and analyzed the current situations of the transferring type oneconomies in Chinese mineral resources cities,while the mineral resources are exhausted,the way out of cities,replacing industries,the tendencies of the development and some other problems on sustainable development as well asthe exploitations on new energies resources in the low carbon economy and mining survey are facing new duties.
