In the present work, the phase equilibrium date are acquired for extraction of Wct-process Phosphoric Acid at 25℃, 101.33kPa and a triangular phase diagram is drawn.The distribution curve which base on the data measured over the temperature range 25-80℃ is shown in the paper as well.The results show that the composite extracting agent used in our experiment had a good performance on the extraction of Wet-process Phosphoric Acid.And a kinetic equation for the extraction of phosphoric acid from a sulfuric-phosphoric acid system was also established in the experimental environment of 60℃.The research of extraction kinetics investigated using the Method of Invariable Interface and the corresponding experiments carried out under different operating conditions such as the size of interracial area, the concentrations of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in the mixed acid.The errors between experimental data of extraction rate and calculation results of our equation are very small.And that means our kinetic equation can provide a certain basis of industrial method for purifying wet-process phosphoric acid.
