A novel Poly (Lysine)/nano TiO2/chitosan-modified glassy carbon electrodes was fabricated.Poly (Lysine) film was prepared on a nano TiO2/Chitosan-modified electrodes by cyclic voltammetry in phosphate buffer solution.The electrochemical behavior of p-cresol on the poly (lysine)/nano TiO2/chitosan-modified glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltarnmetry.Experiment result shows that p-cresol has good electro catalytic activity on modified electrode and the peak currents of differcntial pulse voltammetry are linear to the p-cresol concentrations over the range of 8.0× 10-6~ 4.0× 10-4 mol/L.The detection limit was 5.0 × 10-6mol/L.
