　　Water reabsorption in collecting duct is critical to body water homeostasis,which mainly depends on arginine vasopressin(AVP)regulated aquaporin 2(AQP2)expression and trafficking.Many evidences have showed that cytoskeletal proteins play important roles in AQP2 trafficking.Tropomodulin 1(Tmod1),the only capping protein at the pointed end of actin filament,was found expressed in the kidney.
