Objectives Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to have critical regulatory roles in cancer biology. However, the contributions of lncRNAs to H.pylori-related gastric cancer remain largely unknown. In this study, we asked whether H.pylori could promote gastric cancer by regulating the expression of lncRNAs.Design Differentially expressed lncRNAs between H.pylori positive and normal tissues were identified by microarray and validated using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Our results indicate that H.pylori positive tissues have a specific profile of IncRNAs compared with negative tissues.
