Aim To investigate the effect of VIP on PI3K/Akt signaling pathway during DC gastric cancer antigen-presenting.Methods Before and after DC were co-incubated with MNK45 gastric cancer cells, we detected the antigen presenting molecules and PI3K/Akt in DC by RT-PCR and immunocytochenristry.At the same time ,we observed the effect of VIP and PI3K/Akt inhibitor LY294002 on those molecules expressions.
