Objective:To investigate the feature of growth and ineraction of rat Schwann cells and human embryonic neural stem cells.Both types of cells are transplanted into the site of acute injured spinal cord,then evaluate the improvement of the spinal cord by using the BBB scoring system,neuroelectricity,histological experiment.To explore the effect of the two cells in the recovery of the spinal function.
