Objective:To evaluate several kinds of cells osteogenic abilities,such as BMSC、MDC、PBMSC、PAC、PF,which could be used as the cartier of BMP-2.Sequentially choose one kind of cell possessing the best osteogenic ability.Methods:Ex-vivo,these five kinds of cells were infected with BMP-2.Observe the expressing of BMP-2 and ALP 7days later,and the abilities of formation of calcium tubercle 21 days later.Meanwhile injecte these cells into gastrocnemius of these naked mice,and observe the manifestation of the expressing of BMP-2 and ALP and the osteogenic abilities of the biopsy 20 days later.
