Si2N2O is an important silicon oxynitride in the SiO2-Si3N4 system and has potential application as structural/functional ceramic due to its excellent high-temperature mechanical and dielectrical properties,and good oxidation resistance.However,little information is available for the intrinsic thermal conductivity of Si2N2O,which will frustrate a precise evaluation of its thermal property.
