  A novel thiol grapheme(TG)functionalized poly[ionic liquid(ViOcIm+Cl-)] boronate affinity monolithic column was prepared in a single step with 4-vinylphenylboronicacid(VPBA)as the boronate affinity ligand.The resulted monolith was characterized systematically; and the recognition property of the monolith was evaluated by the capillary electrochromatography using cis-diol containing catechol and glycoproteins as analytes.The excellent separation performance of the monolith enabled baseline separation of five nonglycoproteins and one glycoprotein in a single run under organic-solvent-free condition.The practicability of the resulted column was further assessed by selective separation of glycoproteins from egg white and human serum samples,demonstrating its potential in glycoproteome analysis.
