  To view the carbon metabolism from the network point of view has been a hot spot in the ecological simulation field.In the study,we learned from the former researches,focused more on the analysis of the natural metabolism components and built a Node-18 spatial network model concerned the components of natural and technical metabolism components.We tried to combine the flow analysis with the ecological network analysis to quantitatively analyze the structure of the ecological relationships and summarize the key metabolic body in the different relationships as well as the positive or negative effect that they will do to the system.Furthermore,we have used the GIS to locate the different relationships and their flow to see the pattern of the changes.
