为调查研究野生大豆资源中大豆花叶病毒(Soybean mosaic virus,SMV)感染情况和遗传结构,本研究通过建立SMV通用型检测方法,对来源于我国和朝鲜的共14个地区的3 524份野生大豆样品进行ELISA分析,通过对病毒分离物NIb、CP基因的克隆、测序和序列进化分析,初步阐明野生大豆花叶病毒感染状况和遗传结构。
