统计学的含义

【摘要】

：

人们统计学的认知度较低，有关文献对统计学的定义也各有不同，为了说明统计学的含义，这里选取美国、中国、日本四个公认的案例，用归纳的方法得出：统计学是有效收集、处理、分析和解释数据，发现规律、更好决策、改变世界、培养行业精英和领袖的一门方法论学科，简称为用数据发现规律、更好决策的学科，同时结合案例提出了学好、用好统计学的一些建议。
